		<description>I remember the first time I had this in a Korean restaurant just a week before going to South Korea.  Before trying it I thought it would be bland like steamed beef for something.  Boy was I wrong.  The best thing ever.  Gotta have the kimchi too.  Or some kimchi chigae.

Don't suppose you've ever heard of a recipe for a cold pumpkin soup from Korea?  Had it in a little place outside of Osan Air Base years ago.</description>
